Method of investing
The investor acquires the both property of land and the property of the plantation built upon it via a trust account organized between Emprendimientos del Litoral S.A. and BAPRO Mandatos y Negocios S.A. (a well-known Argentine bank).
The proportional participation of the investment or shares are registered with the truster.
Emprendimientos del Litoral S.A. is the technical operator of the project, as it is in charge of the maintenance and care of the planation until it is in marketable condition.
Once the plantation's trees are felled, Emprendimientos del Litoral S.A. first markets the area's timber on behalf of and through orders from the investors and then distributes the earnings among them.
